Hire The Hall

The Gilchrist Thomas Village Hall is a lovely venue perfect for small parties and larger events. 

THE HALL

The main hall is a beautiful large space with parquet wooden flooring, licensed for events up to 70 people. To book please call us on 01628 822 869 or click on the link below to email to booking officer / caretaker. If you are selling alcohol then you would need to apply for a TENS licence from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Wi-fi and heating is included in your booking.

We have 10 rectangular tables that can be used along with 6 smaller square tables and up to 70 wipe down chairs.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate teenage or young adult parties.

KITCHEN FACILITIES

Included in the hire of the hall is the use of our kitchen facilities. With a double oven, microwave, kettle, hot water Urn, fridge. We also have crockery, cutlery and glassware that is available, allowing you to be able to easily cater for your event.

You can of course arrange for your own private caterer. We would be happy to recommend a number of companies.
